Lead HVAC Technician
Location: Orlando, FL
Work Type: On-site | Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Range: Competitive - Based on Experience
 
Lead and work hands-on with HVAC crews in the installation of piping, equipment, and mechanical systems. As the HVAC Working Foreman, you'll oversee daily field operations, enforce safety standards, assign tasks, manage productivity, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct daily HVAC installation and field tasks.
• Lead safety compliance and jobsite inspections.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attend project meetings and report progress.
• Order and manage materials and equipment.

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience as a Foreman in HVAC/mechanical environments.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• OSHA safety knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
