About the Role
 
We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Specialist to support a fast-paced, regulated corporate environment within the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector. This role is on-site in Coral Springs, FL and is ideal for an HR professional with a strong focus on recruitment, candidate screening, and HR operations.
  
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment processes, including resume screening, candidate filtering, and interview coordination
• Assist with onboarding, compliance documentation, and HRIS updates
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain accurate HR records and support audits
• Partner with HR leadership to improve recruiting workflows and processes

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience relevant to the responsibilities outlined above.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, teamwork, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
