What You'll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive care to adult and senior patients.
• Lead wellness visits, manage chronic conditions, and promote prevention.
• Collaborate with care teams (NPs, MAs, Case Managers, Specialists).
• Use EMR (eClinicalWorks preferred) and support quality metrics (HEDIS, STAR).
• Educate patients with warmth, empathy, and clarity.

What You Bring:

• Active Florida Medical License (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care models.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Team-player with strong communication and care-driven mindset.
