An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager / Estimator to join this specialist construction sub-contractor. They require a dynamic, confident and focussed individual to develop the East Tamaki office.

They are building an impressive forward workload which will keep you busy and the company growing in 2025 and well into 2026.

This company requires a top level Project Manager/quantity surveyor who can come in and help drive the business forward. You will be an expert in your field and keen to take ownership in this new role. You will need to be comfortable running your own projects and enjoy the challenges that this work brings, with the aptitude to potentially develop and grow within the business. They have an excellent work life balance, a superb company structure that encourages growth and development.
 
If you would like to be part of this developing Auckland team, we are looking for candidates with at least 5  years plus experience. Ideally you would have gained your knowledge here in New Zealand, however overseas candidates are encouraged to apply. Especially if you have been exposed to working in the fencing sector and enjoy the variety of local and regional projects.

• Related construction qualification
• Min 5yrs Experience
• Can work a whole project with estimating skills to final accounts
• Solid contract admin knowledge
• Great communication at all levels and managing client expectations is essential
• Ability to hit deadlines and make opportunities happen
• Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously
• Enjoy liaising and meeting clients
