This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a global organisation delivering world-class sporting events across Europe.
Based in London, you'll play a key role in the planning, construction and delivery of major event infrastructure across approximately a number of events each year. Working closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers and event stakeholders, you'll help ensure every venue is delivered safely, efficiently and on programme before seamlessly transitioning into event operations and deconstruction. The role combines project management, construction, logistics and stakeholder management in a dynamic international environment.

The Opportunity
No two weeks are the same.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing temporary event infrastructure from planning through to deconstruction.
• Coordinating contractors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
• Working closely with clients, venue operators and key stakeholders.
• Developing and managing project programmes using Microsoft Project.
• Managing budgets, risks and construction methodologies.
• Undertaking regular travel throughout Europe to support event delivery.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:

• Around 5 - 8 years' project management experience.
• A consultancy or construction management background.
• Strong planning and programming experience using Microsoft Project.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodology and site delivery.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, energetic and solutions-focused approach.
• The flexibility to travel extensively throughout Europe.
