Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering a wide range of infrastructure and utility projects across Auckland. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Delivery Leader to join their operations team.
This isn't just another coordination role. You'll work alongside an experienced senior leader, gaining exposure to project planning, programming, commercial awareness and operational leadership, with a clear pathway towards a senior management position.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are fully planned before crews arrive on site, coordinating resources, programming works and working closely with supervisors, subcontractors and clients to keep projects moving safely, efficiently and profitably.
No two days will be the same.

You'll be involved in:

• Planning and programming multiple civil projects
• Coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
• Reviewing drawings and construction methodologies
• Identifying project risks before work begins
• Supporting project delivery from handover through to completion
• Working closely with operational crews and clients
• Driving quality, productivity and commercial performance

About You
You'll probably have:

• 3-8 years' experience within civil or infrastructure construction
• Experience leading crews or coordinating projects
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• The confidence to communicate with site teams, clients and suppliers
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to keep learning
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think ahead
