The Role
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Driving programme and site coordination
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Quality control and project delivery
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Maintaining strong communication across the project team
• Helping create a positive and productive site culture

Projects will vary across commercial construction, interiors, refurbishment, education, healthcare, and design-build environments, offering strong variety and long-term stability.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
