About the Role
 
As a Joinery Detailer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming architects' and designers' plans into accurate, production-ready shop drawings. You will work closely with experienced tradespeople, CNC, site managers, and production teams to ensure every project is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Translating architects' and designers' drawings into detailed shop drawings
• Using Microvellum CAD software to produce accurate documentation for production
• Collaborating with production teams to manage projects through the factory
• Maintaining strict attention to detail and quality under tight deadlines
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

About You
 
We are looking for a candidate who brings technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for joinery. To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in joinery detailing or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microvellum CAD software (or training given)
• Experience with CNC and Edgebander machinery
• Cabinetmaking experience or trade background
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proactive, "can-do" attitude with pride and responsibility in your work
• The ability to manage projects through all stages of production
