Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for interiors and retail fit-out projects? Construction and Technical Recruitment are looking for an intermediate-level QS to join a dynamic and fast-paced construction team delivering high-quality commercial interiors and retail environments across the region.
 
What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and financial control from project inception to completion
• Preparing tender documents, BOQs, and procurement schedules
• Subcontractor management - sourcing, negotiating, and letting packages
• Monitoring project costs and progress, identifying and managing variations
• Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to deliver to budget and programme

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within interior fit-out and/or retail construction
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in construction contracts (NZS3910/3915 or similar)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
