Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a permanent salary role based in Auckland. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected consultancy in a key intermediate-level position. The role is focused primarily on contract administration and bank reporting, with your estimating skills being helpful. You'll be working closely with directors and senior staff on a variety of commercial projects around the region. 

Key Responsibilities

• Contract administration and drawdowns
• Preparation of project financial reports
• Bank reporting
• Project financial management, including assessment of progress claims
• Cost to complete reporting
• Attending site visits and meetings
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Occasional mentoring of cadets and junior staff

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong NZ-based experience in contract administration and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Must have legal working rights in NZ (citizenship, residency, or valid work visa)
