Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are on the lookout for an experienced Project Bid Co-ordinator to join a well-regarded construction contractor based in Hamilton. If you’ve got solid experience with commercial new build and fit-out projects in New Zealand, and you’re ready for a hands-on role combining tender coordination and marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
  
About the Role:
You’ll work alongside estimators, project managers, and directors to co-ordinate tenders and pre-qualification documents. You’ll also help shape our external image — supporting with marketing materials, project profiles, and social media updates.
  
What You’ll Need:

• Experience working for a NZ-based construction contractor
• Solid knowledge of commercial construction projects (new build and fit-out)
• A relevant qualification (construction, architecture, engineering, or similar)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and basic social media platforms
