They have established their reputation through the people within the company and over the years they have built some impressive projects in New Zealand. They have decades of experience in the construction sector and continue to win work and role out projects.

To be a success in this office you will need to be an Estimator with anything from 8 years experience.
  
Ideal requirements for this position include:

• Relevant QS qualifications
• Commercial/Retail build background
• Strong technically with related software knowledge - Excel
• Well-presented and professional attitude
• Strong people skills at all levels from site to senior management
• Sub-contractor & Client relationships
• Preparation of tender documents
• Reviewing drawing and measuring
• Processing of claims, variations and invoices

With their commitments this is an active position to be filled and they would like to have someone start as soon.   Ideally you will be located in Auckland with local experience, however if you are located outside of the region we still want to hear from you.
