Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for an excellent local contractor. This is a very reputable organisation that has a low staff turnover and continues to win great projects from commercial, government and retail to name a few. You will be responsible for your own projects, involved with pre tender stage to delivering the project.
  
These role will suit Quantity Surveyors that have 7 years+ experience within the construction industry. If you can easily communicate with people at all levels and enjoy being part of an organisation that work hard but enjoys a sense of humour, this could be an ideal role for you.
  
The remuneration is very competitive to market rates and can be negotiated depending on experience.
 
Requirement

•       Tertiary Qualified
•       5 years within the construction industry
•       Preparing tender submissions
•       Managing contract,
•       Communication with PM’s, Forman, Site staff, QS’s & client
•       Measuring & submitting variation, budgets
•       Final accounts, Administrative skills
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
