Your Impact
As a Senior or Principal Bridge Design Engineer, you'll be instrumental in:

• Crafting compelling expressions of interest and project proposals that secure new business
• Collaborating with clients to develop comprehensive design briefs, including preliminary programming and budgeting
• Leading fee estimation and client negotiations to ensure project profitability
• Executing sophisticated design, investigation and documentation aligned with project requirements
• Delivering clear, concise project reporting and progress updates

Your Expertise
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Chartered Professional Engineer status (or working towards this qualification)
• Proven track record in bridge design excellence
• Comprehensive knowledge of NZ standards, design codes, legislation and practices
• Strong independent work capability with exceptional project management skills
• Expertise in earthquake engineering design and implementation
• Experience with Alliance/Design & Construct projects (preferred)
