Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working for a local residential builder (high-end residential projects) who require a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager, to join this successful team.

We require a construction professional with excellent management skills who can come in and make an impact with this business. You will be confident in your field and keen to take ownership in this role. You will need to be comfortable running your own project/s and enjoy a challenge. Taking on a project from client concept to getting onto site and co-ordinating the processes along the way. These projects tend to be in the $4 - $10 million range and require great attention to detail. 
 
If you would like to be part of this team we are looking for candidates with some great construction experience. Ideally you must have gained your knowledge here in New Zealand, so you can understand the New Zealand construction process.
  
Some of the attributes you will need to be a success with this company 

• Related construction qualification
• 5+ Years construction knowledge
• Great communication at all levels and managing expectations is essential
• Ability to hit deadlines
• Excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously
• Software knowledge (Cost X, MS Project, Procore)
• Self motivated to run/drive sites to achieve success and keep to program

This position will reward you with a competitive package ($120-$150k, phone and laptop) and the chance to add some great project experience to enhance your background. You'll be based in the office working on projects throughout the region.
