Construction and Technical recruitment (CTR) are working with a well established contractor who provide high quality solutions to their clients. With a superb reputation in the New Zealand market, they have another project about to start and require the skills of a seasoned Quantity Surveyor.

You will be involved with the whole process of the project, helping take a scheme to the final accounts stage. Although working under your own steam, you will have the support of senior staff to assist where needed. 

You will be working on an exciting new build industrial construction project and with a mix of other light commercial and industrial schemes coming up, you will see the work load start to pick through 2025/2026.

To be a success we are looking for -

• Related Construction Qualification
• 7 - 10 years experience min
• Good contract understanding
• Excellent Christchurch networks
• Ability to process claims, variations to final accounts 
• Great communication skills at all level
• Attention to detail and making a profit
• Strong business acumen to cease the opportunity
