Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are recruiting for a top level project manager to join this expanding team.  They have a fantastic name in the market and require the skills of another project manager.

This client has a range of commercial projects and they are now looking for a project manager with some excellent civil experience. Therefore if you have worked on the civil aspects on commercial, industrial and high-rise schemes, we need to hear from you.

To be a success in this role, we are looking for -

• Related construction qualification
• 10 years experience on civil projects (New Zealand Experience)
• Ability to manage multiple teams
• Commercially astute 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Solid understanding of the construction process
• A love for construction and a successful product
