Construction and Technical Recruiting (CTR) are seeking an experienced Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to join a professional team, delivering expert cost management, estimating, planning, and financial reporting across multiple civil projects. With a strong focus on financial acumen and contract management, this role is ideal for a professional quantity surveyor looking to maximise their experience and contribute to major projects.
  
What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of project experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Cost estimating expertise (First Principles, CCS Candy, CostX)
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in structured tendering and contract management
• Ability to mentor and support junior staff
