Salary Ranges:
•Chartered Civil Engineer: $120,000 – $140,000 NZD
•Civil Design Engineer: $95,000 – $115,000 NZD
•Engineering Lead / Civil Engineer: $130,000 – $150,000 NZD

Available Roles:
1. Chartered Civil Engineer (Hamilton or Taupō)
This role is ideal for a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or someone on the pathway to certification. The successful candidate will work autonomously while collaborating with the wider engineering team to deliver high-quality outcomes across land development and infrastructure projects.
Key Requirements:
• A degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in New Zealand infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in land development, contract management, and job pricing.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D or 12D.
• Exceptional client and project management skills.
2. Civil Design Engineer (Hamilton, Rotorua & Taupō)
This position offers career growth with mentorship from senior engineers. The role focuses on design within infrastructure projects, including earthworks, roading, water supply, sewerage, and stormwater.
Key Requirements:
• Proven design experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Competence in 3D modeling software such as Civil 3D or 12D.
• A proactive work ethic and the ability to exceed client expectations.
3. Engineering Lead / Civil Engineer (Hamilton and Rotorua)
This role provides an opportunity to step into a management position, leading a team, driving business growth, and overseeing diverse infrastructure projects.
