Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is working with a top rated contractor that has been established in New Zealand for a great number of years. They have a solid reputation in the industry and they just keep on building their portfolio of work throughout the country.
 
Due to levels of opportunities starting to develop, they now have a number of projects gaining momentum for 2025. They now need to develop the team to get these projects underway and are looking for another member for the pre-construction team Therefore, we are currently recruiting another design manager who has the skills sets and ambitions to make a difference in this construction market.
 
To be part of this successful team you will need -

• Relevant qualifications
• At least 5 years experience since graduation
• Solid portfolio of projects in New Zealand or overseas
• Commercial build experience 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Financially aware of a projects cost and performance
• Strong ability to work through problems
• The ability to focus on the bigger picture and the end product
