THE ROLE
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a Senior Power Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Brisbane-based team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and execute advanced power system studies using cutting-edge tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a driven and experienced professional with a passion for power systems and a collaborative mindset. You bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to lead, mentor, and make a real impact in the renewable energy space. Ideally, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
- Proven end-to-end grid connection experience, leading the technical delivery of complex studies
- Deep knowledge of generator performance standard studies in line with Schedule 5 of the National Electricity Rules
- Confidence in communicating and negotiating with NSPs and AEMO, with a solutions-focused approach
- A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting your peers
- Strong capabilities in design, project controls, subcontractor management, site inspections, and delivering cost-effective engineering solutions
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia and RPEQ registration, or a clear pathway and motivation to obtain these credentials
