Reliable Asset Maintenance is on the lookout for experienced, proactive, and practical handymen to join our talent pool for upcoming roles across commercial properties throughout Western Australia.

From caravan parks to mine site villages, large factories to stadiums — we maintain them all. If you thrive in a role where no two days look the same, and you love getting stuck into real work that makes a difference, then let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• General repairs and maintenance across a variety of commercial sites
• Basic carpentry, patching, painting, and general site upkeep
• Assisting trades and site managers with ad hoc maintenance work
• Responding to reactive jobs and carrying out scheduled maintenance
• Travelling across metro and regional WA as needed (occasional overnight stays)

• Strong handyman or general maintenance experience — ideally commercial
• A current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• A valid WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• White Card
• A can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and pride in your work
• Bonus points if you're a qualified carpenter – we love that kind of versatility!
