Role: Telecom Project Manager.
Location: Ft. Lauderdale / Miami, FL.

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the telecommunications industry? We are seeking a dynamic Telecom Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute telecommunications projects from start to finish.

As the Telecom Project Manager, you'll be responsible for working with various telecom providers such as ATT, Windstream, and others to design, test, and implement cutting-edge communication networks, ensuring seamless wireless and wired connectivity. Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in designing, testing, and implementing advanced communication networks.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, and set milestones, and deadlines.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the project budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet required standards and specifications, and conduct regular quality checks and audits.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and issues, and prepare and present regular status reports.

• Proficiency in IT network software, VoIP software, and general telecommunications.
• Experience in optical fiber management and planning.
• Ability to recruit and lead a high-performing project team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing telecom projects within budget and schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom project management.
