About the Roles

As the Administration Officer, you will oversee efficient administration across multiple areas of responsibility, ensuring adherence to Policies & Procedures, Safety & Health Management System, and Queensland Coal Mining legislation.

Additionally, this role guarantees timely completion of month-end tasks and maintains a thorough understanding of all administrative functions within a dynamic mining office.
  
The successful candidates will have the following:

• Experience with mine site processes and systems e.g. rosters, resourcing, work orders etc (highly regarded)
• Relevant qualifications in Administration.
• Proven experience in Administration Support.
• Open drivers licence (mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Writing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage computer databases.
• Commercial experience (highly regarded)
