We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Planner Planner based in Bowen Basin for one of the leading mining companies. Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the purchasing and logistics process to ensure that parts, equipment, resources, and tools are acquired and delivered on time as needed.
• Coordinating and managing short- to medium-term maintenance schedules and "Life of Asset" planning for all Light Vehicles, Ancillary Equipment, and Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Creating a comprehensive budget for equipment maintenance.
•  Creating weekly maintenance plans aligned with equipment strategies to maximise production, minimise downtime and costs, and achieve plant availability and reliability goals.
• Ensuring that all maintenance and statutory information in the CMMS is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Relevant Maintenance Planner Qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the mining field, open-cut coal preferred. 
• Proficiency in using MS software, SAP system, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and ability to build rapport relationships with other stakeholders.
