About the role: 
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Gregory open-cut operation for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Officer (BSO) looking to enhance their skills in a dynamic environment. Located just thirty minutes north of Emerald, Gregory is one of Queensland's premier coal operations. This role will involve providing essential administrative support, managing data, and ensuring compliance with regulations, all while contributing to the efficiency and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing administrative assistance to management and various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to operations, finances, and project performance to support decision-making processes.
• Supporting project management efforts by coordinating schedules, resources, and communications among team members and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the organization adheres to relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety standards, environmental laws, and industry best practices.
