The role suits someone who enjoys working hands-on underground, supporting planning and production activities, and maintaining strong standards of survey control, accuracy, and compliance.

This role suits a surveyor who can run their own priorities day-to-day, communicate well across Mining/Engineering/Geology, and help lead a small team while keeping safety and standards front of mind.
Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver underground and surface survey tasks to support operations
• Maintain and manage underground survey control networks
• Provide accurate as-builts and development pick-ups
• Update mine models, mining plans and statutory plans
• Deliver end-of-month volumes and reporting
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure consistent QA/QC
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to meet targets
• Mentor and support survey personnel and promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure compliance with statutory and site requirements

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Surveying
• 5+ years’ Australian mining survey experience with strong UG exposure
• Solid capability with surveying and mine software workflows
• Strong attention to detail, time management and communication
• Working knowledge of mines regulations, OH&S and Duty of Care
• WA Manual Driver’s Licence
• RPAS/Drone Licence desirable
