Join a well-established mining organisation on a fixed-term contract basis
We are partnering with a large, well established mining organisation seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their site based team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is a hands on, operational HR role where you’ll work closely with frontline leaders to support people strategy, employee relations, and culture across a busy mining operation.
This opportunity will suit a strong HR generalist who enjoys being on site, building trusted relationships, and working through complex matters with confidence and sound judgement.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing both strategic and day to day HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in case management, leadership coaching, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and the delivery of HR programs aligned to site objectives.
