We’re on the lookout for an experienced and people-driven Human Resources Manager to lead the human resources function for a well-established business. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll influence culture, support leaders, and drive strategic people initiatives across a growing organisation.
  
About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources across multiple sites, supporting both operational and corporate teams. You'll lead a small, capable team while working closely with senior management to ensure a high-performing, compliant, and values-driven workplace.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-impact HR team
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management 
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and industry regulations
• Drive a positive and inclusive culture across the business
• Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and maintain HR best  practices
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in HR, including 3+ years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on capability
