Due to continued growth, Vella Brothers is on the lookout for a skilled upholsterer to join our long-standing, family-owned business. Operating six days a week, we offer flexibility with full-time or part-time opportunities available.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in upholstery techniques – including hands-on skills in fabric cutting, pattern making, foam trimming, replacing webbing and fillings, and using professional tools for precise, durable finishes
• Traditional technique – including re-springing, restitching coconut fibre, and using sewn edge methods (optional but valuable)
• A genuine commitment to quality craftsmanship and a passion for producing beautiful finished products
• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
• Confidence using industrial sewing machines, band saw, foam cutter, etc.
• The ability to estimate labour hours and fabric requirements accurately
