We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client in the mining industry on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a true generalist role where you'll own the full employee lifecycle – from hire to retire – while also contributing to key HR projects and initiatives.

You'll support a dedicated operational portfolio, partnering with leaders across all areas of HR, including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and compliance. It’s a role with variety, impact, and a genuinely supportive on-site team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle
• Coaching leaders, assisting with investigations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements
• Building strong relationships across all levels of the workforce

The ideal candidate will possess:

• HR generalist experience, preferably within mining, energy, or similar industries
• Working knowledge of employee lifecycle and performance management, Fair Work Act
• Proficiency in SAP
• Driver's license
