About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Gregory open-cut operation for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the training system, coordinating and maintaining training records, scheduling inductions, and ensuring compliance. This role is a full-time permanent role working a Monday to Friday roster.
  
Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop and maintain site training plans, calendars, and procedures
• Coordinate and schedule training to meet operational needs
• Oversee inductions and contractor training compliance
• Keep training systems, records, and documentation accurate and up to date
• Maintain and improve the Training Document Management System
• Ensure training aligns with statutory and site-specific requirements
• Liaise with RTOs to deliver cost-effective, high-quality training
• Provide monthly reporting and support audits and safety initiatives
• Guide Trainers and Assessors, and manage statutory appointments  

About You

• Open-cut coal mining experience
• Strong administrative skills and experience using online training systems
• Certificate IV Trainer Assessor
• Knowledge of the Qld Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and Regulations
