This is an outstanding opportunity to join this national firm where you will be hands-on driving project outcomes as the superintendent, leading client engagement, managing various stakeholder relationships, all the whilst having the guidance of the Project Director on a variety of projects, creating an environment of professional growth and nurturing of your ability.

To be successfully shortlisted for this role it is ideal you possess the following:
- Project or Construction management Tertiary qualifications (Or similar)
- 2 years minimum (local) experience as Graduate, Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer
- 4 years minimum (local) experience as Project Manager within client side consultancy or developer.
- Full working rights in Australia
The role will see you: - Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
- Contract superintendency and assist with tenders to appoint external contractors and consultants.
- Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
- Managing project timelines, risks, and reporting.
- Attending project meetings with clients and consultants - ensuring minutes are recorded.
- Manage documentation throughout the project.
- Managing consultant and contractor engagement.
- Client management and consultation - run PCG meetings
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports varying priorities.
