This is your opportunity to join one of Brisbane's most technically capable engineering consultancies. This is a role for someone who wants to do real engineering. You'll have full ownership of your projects from first principles through to detailed design, certification and client delivery across; Major construction, defence, utilities, marine and manufacturing.

Problem-solve and design custom solutions across a genuinely diverse range of mechanical and structural projects - fabricated structures, access systems, temporary works for some of Australia's largest construction programs. Own your projects end-to-end, work directly with clients across a varied project portfolio, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your work through from concept to completion.

To be considered, you must possess:

• 5+ years of mechanical and/or structural design experience within a consultancy environment, or similar
• Mechanical, structural or civil engineering degree
• Proficiency in SolidWorks - 3D modelling and 2D drafting
• FEA capability - Strand7, SolidWorks Simulation and/or Ansys
• Sound working knowledge of Australian engineering design standards across structural steel, concrete and loading: AS1170, AS4100, AS4991, AS1657, AS3600
• AutoCAD or comparable CAD/CAM experience highly regarded
• Practical, detail-oriented outlook - client and solution focused
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable 3D CAD/CAM software is essential
RPEQ status or registration in progress will be highly regarded
