We are now seeking student-focused Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinators to join our newly formed Student Services team.

This is a full-time, term-time-only position, with no requirement to work during school holidays.
  
About the Role
  
As a Student Services & Systems Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring students, staff, parents, and visitors experience welcoming, timely, and high-quality support across the Student Hub, Wellbeing Centre, and Main Reception.
  
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that blends administration, system support, and front-line service. You will assist with attendance, reception duties, and general administrative tasks; wellbeing referrals; student enquiries; event support; and Student Management System (KAMAR) updates, while helping to maintain a positive, caring, and organised environment for our school community.
  
Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach will contribute directly to an exceptional student experience.

About You
You will bring:

• Experience in administration, customer service, school support, or database work
• Confidence using digital systems (KAMAR experience a bonus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions

A First Aid certificate and NZ driver’s licence are desirable.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service across front-facing areas
• Manage KAMAR attendance and other KAMAR functionalities, and work with additional student management systems (SMS) as required
• Support student wellbeing centre, including chaplaincy appointments and referrals
• Support the management and delivery of other key portfolios
• Assist with transport queries, and general enquiries
• Maintain accurate student records and provide first-level SMS support
• Support reception, events, and school functions as needed
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and processes
• Uphold student safety and child protection protocols
