We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our faculty to teach Junior Social Studies and Senior Social Science (please state your speciality). The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in teaching the Social Sciences, with the potential for a leadership role for the right individual.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and effective lessons.
• Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that align with the curriculum support of the Head of Faculty.
• Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to participate and excel.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the department’s continued success.
• Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and faculty meetings as required.  

Requirements:

• A degree in Classics, History, Social Studies, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification and relevant teaching experience.
• A passion for engaging students in the study of humanities and social sciences.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience teaching across various year groups is a plus.
• A senior social science would be advantageous.
