We are now seeking a dynamic and people-focused Team Lead – Student Services & Systems Support to help shape and deliver outstanding services for our students and wider community. 
  
About the Role 
  
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for coordinating and continuously developing student-focused administrative services across the school. The Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring students, staff, families, and visitors experience seamless, welcoming and highly professional support from the first point of contact. 
  
Combining hands-on service delivery with day-to-day team leadership, you will oversee operations across the Student Hub, Main Reception, and Wellbeing Centre; support the growth of the Student Services & Systems Support Coordinators (3 FTE); and work closely with academic, pastoral and administrative teams to enhance service consistency and the overall student experience. 
  
This role requires an exceptional organiser with strong people skills, excellent system knowledge, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.

You are a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for education, communication, and student success. You’ll bring: 
  
Key Responsibilities   

• Lead and support a team delivering high-quality student services. 
• Manage daily rosters across Student Hub, Reception, and Wellbeing Centre. 
• Oversee attendance, KAMAR updates, wellbeing appointments, ID cards, transport, and student enquiries. 
• Ensure efficient, customer-focused service and drive process improvements. 
• Collaborate with pastoral, academic, IT, and admin teams. 
• Support Student Management System (SMS) data integrity, reporting, and first-level system queries. 
• Provide reception/event support as required and uphold student safety.
