We are now seeking a dynamic and people-focused Team Lead – Student Services & Systems Support to help shape and deliver outstanding services for our students and wider community.
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for coordinating and continuously developing student-focused administrative services across the school. The Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring students, staff, families, and visitors experience seamless, welcoming and highly professional support from the first point of contact.
Combining hands-on service delivery with day-to-day team leadership, you will oversee operations across the Student Hub, Main Reception, and Wellbeing Centre; support the growth of the Student Services & Systems Support Coordinators (3 FTE); and work closely with academic, pastoral and administrative teams to enhance service consistency and the overall student experience.
This role requires an exceptional organiser with strong people skills, excellent system knowledge, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
