We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to lead our Theory of Knowledge (TOK) programme.

We have an opportunity for an outstanding and enthusiastic educator to lead our Theory of Knowledge (TOK) programme within the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Ensure the TOK curriculum is planned and delivered in line with the latest IB guidelines and assessment criteria; provide relevant documentation as per internal review/evaluation and for the five-year IBDP review.
Assessment: Oversee the assessment of student work (TOK exhibition and essay), ensuring alignment with IB standards.
Professional Learning: Stay up to date with IB TOK developments and attend relevant training; support the professional growth of TOK teachers; provide professional learning to the wider IBDP teaching team.
Coordination with the IBDP team: Liaise regularly with the IB Coordinator to ensure TOK aligns with the broader DP curriculum and assessment deadlines; lead the IBDP core across the school alongside the CAS and EE coordinators.
Guidance and leadership of the TOK Essay and Exhibition: Oversee students through the process of selecting prescribed titles, developing arguments, and producing high-quality TOK essays; Organise and lead the annual TOK exhibition.
Resource Management: Develop and curate teaching resources, including real-life situations, articles, and multimedia content to support concept-based TOK learning; prepare unit/lesson plans for the TOK teaching team.
Promotion of Interdisciplinary Thinking: Collaborate with subject teachers to encourage interdisciplinary connections and support the integration of TOK across the IB programme.
