We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior team as Director of Enrolments & Engagement, a pivotal role that will shape the student journey from first enquiry through to graduation. 
  
About the Role 
  
As the Director of Enrolments & Engagement, you will provide strategic leadership across all areas of the student lifecycle, encompassing enrolments (domestic and international), marketing and communications, events and the central student support administration hub. 
  
You will lead a talented, multi-functional team to deliver an exceptional student and family experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and excellence of St. Peter’s. 
  
Your remit will include oversight of international market development through the International Market Manager, ensuring alignment with our growth and engagement objectives.

About You 
You are a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for education, communication, and student success. You’ll bring: 
  
Key Responsibilities 

• Proven leadership in student services, enrolments, or experience management (education or related sectors). 
• A deep understanding of both international and domestic student recruitment and admissions. 
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Demonstrated success managing multi-functional teams and complex operations. 
• Strong financial and operational acumen. 
• Knowledge of education sector compliance 
• CRM or student management system experience
