We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Hockey to lead our school’s hockey programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a high-quality, cohesive hockey pathway—from beginner participation to high-level performance.
  
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the hockey programme
• Fostering a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation, skill development, and a love for the game
• Developing and supporting players, coaches, and teams across all age groups and ability levels
• Ensuring excellence, consistency, and continuity across all facets of the programme
• Aligning the hockey programme with the school’s broader educational and sporting goals
