In this role, you will create engaging eLearning courses by applying instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies, seamlessly integrating 3D-rendered product files, animations, and simulations to boost interactivity
You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from product and engineering teams to simplify complex technical content into clear, engaging learning modules with storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure all training materials are responsive, SCORM/xAPI compliant, and optimized for multiple devices. To maximize engagement and knowledge retention, you will incorporate gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning strategies, creating an interactive and impactful learning experience.
You will manage LMS administration, course uploads, user enrollments, and reporting, ensuring seamless integration with SSO, VPNs, and third-party content. Handling technical troubleshooting and vendor coordination, you will maintain data security, accessibility, and industry compliance for an optimal learning experience.
As an eLearning Specialist, you’ll collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create engaging training solutions. You’ll gather needs, refine content, and align eLearning with business goals, driving continuous improvement through feedback.
Technical Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and content development strategies.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, etc.).
- Experience integrating 3D-rendered files into training content.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM/API standards, and course deployment best practices.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for interactive content development (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in developing technical training for the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of learning analytics and reporting tool
