What's the Role:
You will be developing strategies to enhance the presence of staple product lines and exploring opportunities for international market expansion. You will not only be identifying new business opportunities but also executing and managing strategic supply agreements with key accounts.
You will excel in stakeholder management, conducting regular interactions and visits with customers to nurture relationships and address their needs. With strong attention to detail, you will input critical customer activities, pipeline opportunities, and market intelligence into Salesforce. This data is crucial for generating management reports, order forecasts, and other survey information requested by the Area Manager.
You will collaborate with the manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in preparing the sales budget for the region and justifying it to upper management.
Your role includes meeting the budgeted gross margin and sales targets for the region, as well as assessing and improving sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will also create and maintain systems for tracking market share and order forecasts, providing critical insights that inform strategic decision-making.
