What's the Role:
You will be responsible for providing site services, specifically condition monitoring reports, to the client. Additionally, you will support sales and engineering teams in gathering performance information for all Fixed Plant products, including those from Bradken and its competitors. This will be done under the guidance of the Engineering Support Manager for Fixed Plant.
You will be responsible for mine site-based inspections and condition monitoring reporting to the customer. Your duties will include NDT Ultrasonic testing of wear materials, 3D scanning of assets, and ensuring fitness for work on-site, including in confined spaces and at heights.
You will be thorough and attentive to detail, and process. You will also prepare and maintain performance knowledge to support the customer, keep abreast of all new products in the market, and report to Sales and Engineering. Additionally, you will provide on-site support for engineered solutions.
You will supervise and train contract labour as required, support the Engineering Team with modeling and drafting tasks, and may be required to undertake occasional, additional responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis. You will be bridging the gap between site operations and customer needs, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
