As an HSE Compliance Specialist, you'll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

What's the Role:
You will report to the Global Head of Health and Safety, leading a global compliance program for all Bradken Codes of Practice (COP). This includes collaborating with Regional HSE teams to develop training programs, analyse data for competency assessments, and ensure compliance.
You will work with key leaders to integrate COP across sites, Support the execution of site action plans, and maintain ongoing stakeholder communication through clear reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Additionally, you will provide progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team and support Site Managers and HSE teams with COP audits and compliance frameworks, including risk register maintenance and tracking mitigation efforts.
Key technical criteria:
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent. (preferred)
- Certification in Project Management (desirable)
- Experience in a practical HSE implementation role in manufacturing or high-risk project work.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise training programs and support systems.
- Demonstrated capability in writing training plans and training packages for multi-jurisdictional and international working groups
This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle or Perth. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
