As a Heat Treatment Supervisor, you will manage our heat treatment operations in the After Cast area. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing heat treatment processes to meet delivery timelines while ensuring smooth progression of castings through stages like Knockout, shot blasting, fettling, and visual inspection.

With your proactive approach, you will manage workmen's attendance, ensure the availability of essential materials for operations, and oversee the efficient loading and unloading of castings in the heat treatment furnace in compliance with SOPs. 

You will ensure that all team members follow established work procedures, promptly addressing any non-compliance issues while maintaining a smooth flow of castings through the heat treatment process. 

Additionally, you will oversee documentation responsibilities, including creating SOPs for new products, displaying Dos and Don’ts in the work area, and maintaining IMS and EnMS documentation. 

You will lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational enhancements to increase efficiency, including energy-saving opportunities and sustainable initiatives to optimize resource usage. 
  
Key Criteria 

• At least 6 years of experience in heat treatment processes, equipment, and specifications 
• Proficient in visual inspection of castings 
• Experience with various types of castings and their grades 
• Experience in managing migrant employees 
• Strong background in production planning and execution
