As an Engineering Lead-Maintenance & Reliability, you will manage CAPEX projects by identifying the right assets, completing all stages of Front-End Loading (FEL), and ensuring safe & timely execution. With proactive leadership, you will implement the Asset Management program, ensuring alignment with reliability goals and engineering standards.
You’ll manage capital projects, maintenance programs, and subcontractors, focusing on efficiency and results.
Additionally, you will drive the implementation of TPM concepts and improve OEE in both Foundry and Composites.

What's the Role:
You will maintain engineering standards aligned with site needs, plan and execute capital projects, and manage maintenance activities within budget. Ensuring competent execution of maintenance and projects, including urgent repairs, will be key.
You’ll oversee spare parts management, work with manufacturers on new technologies, and benchmark asset performance. You’ll introduce IoT and AI solutions to predict equipment issues and monitor performance while managing utilities and subcontractors on-site.
Your role will focus on increasing equipment uptime through predictive systems and continuous improvement.
Technical Criteria
- Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of major plants and equipment.
- Preferred Post-graduate qualifications in management, project management, lean manufacturing or TPM.
- Successful implementation of significant change management or improvement initiatives.
- Extensive experience in managing large capital works programs and projects.
- Expertise in the development and implementation of effective preventative maintenance programs.
- High-level project management capability (minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-faceted projects).
- Experience with plant operations and computer-based maintenance systems.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-skilled technical workforce.
- Ability to develop and present business cases for major capital works.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering project planning, design, and management.
