What's the Role:
As the ECL Administrator, you’ll play a key coordination role between our customers, sales, and manufacturing teams, ensuring enquiries, quotes, and internal orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering internal and external customer orders end-to-end
- Preparing and processing work packs and quotes to support production schedules
- Collaborating across departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintaining accurate system records in Epicor
- Liaising with approved external suppliers for outsourced components
- Supporting improvements in manufacturing documentation and quality processes
- Communicating updates and changes clearly to relevant stakeholders
This role demands strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Success in the role requires sound organisational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
What you’ll bring
You will have experience in administrative roles within fast-paced environments, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a clear understanding of order management processes and cross-functional coordination.
Key requirements include: - Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven background in Customer Order Management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor experience advantageous)
- High accuracy in data entry and strong capability in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
This role is based in Bassendean.
