What You'll Do:
 
As a CNC Machinist at Bradken, you'll be at the heart of our production, crafting high-quality components with precision and skill. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Master Your Craft: Machine intricate components to exacting tolerances, ensuring every piece meets our renowned quality standards.
• Bring Designs to Life: Read and interpret engineering drawings, transforming blueprints into tangible, high-performing products.
• Share Your Expertise: Play a key role in mentoring and developing our apprentices, helping to shape the next generation of skilled machinists.
• Drive Excellence: Inspect your work meticulously and collaborate with our dedicated teams to improve production efficiency, reduce lead times, and elevate our quality.
• Take Ownership: Maintain and care for your machines, tooling, and equipment, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

What You Bring to the Table:
 
We're looking for individuals passionate about precision engineering and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Ideally, you'll have:

• A Trade Certificate in Machining.
• Proven experience operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Familiarity with Mazak machines (this would be a great advantage!).
• Experience working with 3 axis machines.
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of a diverse and inclusive team.
• A hunger to learn, develop, and grow in the exciting world of automation and advanced manufacturing.
