What's the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and margins of the region and the growth of Bradken Mineral Processing sales in a manner consistent with achieving the Business Unit’s vision, mission, values and KPI’s.
You will have a multifaceted approach to customer engagement and business development. Frequent customer visits constitute a crucial component, to cultivate new prospects and maintain continuous customer satisfaction. You will develop a Customer Engagement Plan for each client within your region via Salesforce.
You are an analyst and will be responsible for assessing the current market position through report data, reporting on performance against budget and benchmark objectives, and contributing to the formulation of regional growth plans.
You will be contributing to the sales budget preparation and advise the Regional Sales Manager of anticipated changes in customer needs, competitor activities, or market direction and assist in defining the future needs of these markets.
You will collaborate and foster relationships with manufacturing teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through product and technical development. You will work closely with the Sales Support coordinators to manage priorities to best meet customer requirements.
Overall, you will be involved in customer-centric activities, strategic planning, and internal collaboration to drive growth and success in the region, aligning with the broader objectives of Bradken.
