The Nanny Connection

The Family:
This active family of five has been settled in Subiaco for nearly three years. They have three children aged 6, 4, and 9 months, and run a busy but organised household that prioritises outdoor time, quality family moments, and a calm home environment. They place genuine importance on childhood development, healthy routines, and creating consistency for their children.
They are now looking for a professional nanny to become a trusted, long-term presence in their family’s daily life.

Job Details:
Tuesday to Thursday, 8am–5pm
Start date: July 2026
$40–$48/hr depending on experience

The Role:
This is a hands-on position centred on the primary care of the youngest child (currently 9 months old), with supporting care of the older two before and after school. A typical day will involve:
- Primary daytime care of the 9-month-old, including age-appropriate activities, outings, and social engagement
- Extracurricular activities and outings with the youngest
- Healthy, home-cooked meal preparation
- Laundry and general household tidying
- Supporting homework routines for the eldest
- Encouraging independence, free play, and calm boundaries across all three children

The Ideal Candidate:
The family is looking for someone experienced with infants and confident managing the needs of multiple children across different ages simultaneously. You’ll be a self-starter who takes initiative, communicates openly, and brings genuine warmth and consistency to the role.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Hold a valid First Aid and CPR
Hold a valid Working with Children Check
Hold a valid National Police Check
A minimum of 3 years experience working with children
